Rapid Cryptoz acts as an escrow service and does not take custody of your funds except during active trades.

You agree to complete trades in good faith and within the specified timeframes.

False or fraudulent trades may result in account suspension and legal action.

All trades are final once settled on the blockchain.

Dispute resolution is handled according to our Dispute Resolution Process.

Rapid Cryptoz charges a 0.5% platform fee on completed trades.

Additional blockchain network fees (gas fees) apply and are paid directly to the network.

Fees are subject to change with 30 days notice.

All fees are non-refundable once a trade is executed.

You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes on your trades.

Funds are held in smart contract escrow during active trades.

Smart contracts are immutable and execute automatically based on trade conditions.

Rapid Cryptoz cannot reverse or modify smart contract transactions.

In case of smart contract disputes, resolution follows our standard dispute process.

We may require KYC verification for enhanced account features and higher trading limits.

You agree to provide accurate identity verification documents when requested.

KYC information is stored securely and used only for verification purposes.

Failure to complete KYC when required may result in account limitations.

We comply with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

You must not use the Platform for any illegal activities.

Money laundering, terrorist financing, and fraud are strictly prohibited.

Market manipulation, including wash trading and spoofing, is not allowed.

Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.

Using automated bots or scripts without permission is not permitted.

Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other users is prohibited.

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rapid Cryptoz.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform.

All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Platform are our property.

You grant us a license to use content you post on the Platform.

Rapid Cryptoz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for any losses resulting from cryptocurrency price volatility.

We are not responsible for losses due to user error, hacking, or theft of credentials.

Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid to us in the past 12 months.

We are not liable for failures in third-party services including blockchain networks.

You trade at your own risk and are responsible for your trading decisions.

Disputes between users are resolved through our internal dispute resolution process.

An impartial mediator reviews evidence submitted by both parties.

Decisions are made based on evidence and adherence to trading terms.

Dispute resolution decisions are final and binding.

Repeated disputes or bad faith behavior may result in account suspension.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

You consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as outlined.

We implement security measures to protect your data.

You have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

Upon termination, you must withdraw any remaining funds within 30 days.

Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

Termination does not affect already executed trades.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Material changes will be notified via email and platform notifications.

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Rapid Cryptoz is registered.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
